1. Definitions

1.1 Operator (Administrator): Fictitious Name SA, a fictitious company registered at the following address: Commerce Tower, Business Avenue 123, Office 456, Panama City, Panama. Tax Identification Number (RUC): 1234567-1-987654 DV 89.

1.2 Provider/User: Any natural or legal person who uses the services offered on the site www.tirze-med.com, as a consumer or buyer.

1.3 Consumer: User who places an order for the purchase of products or services via the Online Service.

1.4 Service: The online sales service offered by the Operator on the website www.tirze-med.com, allowing users to order products and services, track their orders and use promotional codes.

1.5 Order: The process of the User submitting a purchase form for the purchase of products or services through the Service.

1.6 Carrier: Company or person acting as carrier of goods purchased or sent by users, offering home delivery services or delivery to collection points.

1.7 Waybill: The legal document generated when ordering, indicating the details necessary for delivery and acting as proof of the agreement between the User and the Service.

2. Purpose of the Service

2.1 The Service offered by the Operator allows the User to order products and services via the website www.tirze-med.com. This service includes ordering goods, their shipment, as well as the ability to track the status of the order in real time.

2.2 The Operator also facilitates communication between the User and partner carriers, to ensure rapid and secure delivery of the products ordered.

2.3 The products and services available on the site are intended for commercial and professional purposes only, in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Order Process

3.1 To place an order, the User must create an account on the Service, provide the necessary information and complete the order form available on the site.

3.2 The User must check and validate all information before submitting his order. Any incomplete or incorrect order will be automatically cancelled.

3.3 Once the order is submitted, the User will receive a confirmation email with the summary of the products/services and the total amount to be paid.

3.4 A transport voucher will be generated, containing all the information necessary for the transport and delivery of the products.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 The products are delivered by the Operator's partner carriers, including InPost, DPD, DHL, etc. The User can choose from the available delivery options when ordering.

4.2 Delivery costs are indicated before the final validation of the order. The User can choose the delivery method and consult the rates applied.

4.3 Delivery is made within the time limits set by the carrier, but the Operator cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control.

4.4 The User is responsible for receiving the products at the address indicated. In the event of non-delivery or damaged packages, the User must inform the Operator as soon as possible.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment for products and services is made online via a secure payment platform. The User can pay for their order by credit card, bank transfer or other payment method offered.

5.2 The prices indicated on the site include applicable VAT and all associated costs, unless otherwise indicated. Any changes to prices will be clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.

5.3 In the case of payment by credit card, sensitive information is processed by a third-party secure payment service provider. The Operator does not store any banking information.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 In accordance with current legislation, the User has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

6.2 To exercise this right, the User must notify the Operator of his decision to withdraw by e-mail to the address contact@tirze-med.com.

6.3 Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the User, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the order.

7. Protection of Personal Data

7.1 The Operator collects and processes Users' personal data in compliance with personal data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7.2 The personal data collected is used for processing orders, communicating with the User, and for marketing purposes if the User explicitly consents.

7.3 The User has the right to access, rectify and delete his or her personal data, as well as the right to object to their processing at any time.

8. Operator's Liability

8.1 The Operator strives to provide a quality Service, but cannot be held responsible for errors in the processing of orders caused by incorrect information provided by the User.

8.2 The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service, including loss of profit, opportunity or data.

8.3 The Operator is not responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by partner carriers.

9. Modifications to the Service

9.1 The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt the Service at any time, without notice, in the event of operational necessity or force majeure.

9.2 Changes to the Service will be published on the website www.tirze-med.com. The User is invited to regularly consult the terms and conditions of the Service.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

10.1 In the event of a dispute, the User and the Operator undertake to attempt to resolve the problem amicably. If an amicable solution is not found, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.

10.2 These regulations are governed by Panamanian law. Any dispute will be settled in accordance with the legislation in force in Panama.
